Greer Condemns Grayson's Sexist Remarks

Tallahassee-Republican Party of Florida Chairman Jim Greer today responded to the recently re-circulated radio interview from last month where Rep. Grayson vehemently attacked Linda Robertson, an advisor to Ben Bernanke, Chairman of the Federal Reserve, calling her a ‘K Street Whore’.

“It is absolutely absurd that Rep. Grayson thinks this type of behavior is acceptable,” commented Chairman Jim Greer. “In such a place as Congress, you’d like to believe that our representatives take their jobs seriously and act with both integrity and honor—there is neither integrity nor honor in Grayson’s remarks or in his actions. I am appalled and embarrassed that he misrepresents his constituents this way, and I can tell you, the people of Florida will not soon forget his words.”
